What started in 2009 as a tech recruiting firm quickly evolved into something bigger—built on a more thoughtful, relationship-driven approach to hiring. Our work placing top tech talent laid the foundation for how we expand and build relationships today. Our clients noticed the difference between the traditional recruiting firm experience, which can often be transactional and impersonal, and how we operated—as true partners, start to finish. Soon, clients began coming to us from new industries with needs beyond technology and IT. It became clear we were on to something with our approach.
