It’s been a great ride!  In 2026, it’s time to say goodbye to JMS Technical Solutions…

…and say hello to JMS Talent Partners!  

We have evolved into much more than a technology staffing agency.  Our new brand represents more than just a name change - it reflects the hard work we’ve been doing in the background over the last five years.  Let me explain.

A little over five years ago, I accepted a LinkedIn request from Jacob Lamos.  Within a few days we were meeting for coffee.  (There is a lesson here for another time - always make time for a coffee meeting!).  After a few hours of talking and another meeting we shook hands and got to work.

This was the turning point for JMS.  Under Jacob’s leadership and partnership, we’ve expanded into multiple practice areas in addition to Technology - including Manufacturing, Professional, Administrative and Executive.

We’ve hired senior recruiters and staffing specialists who are practitioners in these areas. In other words, they are seriously good and love what they do!  Over these five years, we’ve been able to help our clients hire not only experienced technologists - JMS has been delivering as a one stop shop.
